Regulation 72 Insurance and reinsurance undertakings to provide information about shareholdings etc
An insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking shall, at times specified by the Bank and at least once a year, notify the Bank of the names of shareholders or members who have qualifying holdings and the size of each such holding.
