Whenever a conflict of interests arises, or there is disagreement over the settlement of the dispute, under a contract of legal expenses insurance the legal expenses insurance undertaking or, where appropriate, the undertaking having separate legal personality mentioned in Regulation 206(4) shall inform the person insured of the right referred to in Regulation 207 and of the possibility of having recourse to arbitration as referred to in Regulation 209.
