Regulation 274 Information to known creditors - right to lodge claims
(1) If a reorganisation measure is adopted, the administrator of the insurance undertaking shall ensure that creditors of the undertaking of whom the administrator is aware and who have their normal place of residence, domicile or head office in a Member State other than the State are, in accordance with the procedures laid down in Regulations 282 and 283 informed of their rights (if any) to lodge claims arising as a result of the adoption of the measure.
(2) If the law of the State provides for the rights of creditors who have their normal place of residence or domicile, or whose head offices are located, in the State to lodge claims, creditors who have their normal place of residence, domicile or head offices in a Member State other than the State also have that right in accordance with the provisions of those Regulations.
