(1) The liquidator shall, without delay, inform the Bank of the decision to commence winding-up proceedings, where possible before the commencement of the proceedings and, failing that, immediately afterwards.
(2) The Bank shall then inform, without any delay, the supervisory authorities of all other Member States of that decision including the possible practical effects of the proceedings.
