Regulation 199 Technical provisions
(1) An insurance undertaking shall in respect of a liability arising under Community co-insurance operations, establish and maintain technical provisions calculated in accordance with the method applied to insurance business in the State.
(2) The technical provisions shall be at least equal to those determined by the leading insurance undertaking according to the rules of its home Member State.
