Regulation 156 Change of particulars where the State is home Member State
In the event of a change in any of the particulars provided to the Bank under Regulation 154(2)(b), (c) or (d), the insurance undertaking shall give written notice of the change to the Bank and to the supervisory authority of the host Member State at least one month before making the change so that the Bank may fulfil its obligations under Regulation 155 (which shall apply with necessary modifications).
