167. Disqualification to act as examiner.
(1) A person shall not be qualified to be appointed or to act as an examiner of a credit union if he would not be qualified to act as its liquidator.
(2) A person who acts as an examiner of a credit union while disqualified under this section shall be guilty of an offence.
