Article 5 Meaning of "offer to the public"

Sections 59 and 60 of the 1985 Act [Repealed in part by the Financial Services Act 1986 (c. 60), Schedule 17; section 60 was amended by S.I. 1991/2000, regulation 5.] (so far as those sections continue to have effect) are repealed.
