Article 455 Revocation of unnecessary provision
In article 2 [Amendments not relevant to this amendment were inserted into article 2 by the National Lottery Act 1998, section 1(5), Schedule 1, paragraph 4. ] of the Financial Services (Disclosure of Information) (Designated Authorities) (No. 8) Order 1994 (designation of authorities and specification of functions), the words "section 180(3) of the Financial Services Act 1986 and" are revoked.
