Article 583 Functions of the Financial Services Authority

In article 16 [Article 16 was inserted by S.I. 2001/1186, regulation 2(a).] of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 (the functions of the Financial Services Authority), for "Financial Services Act 1986" substitute "Financial Services and Markets Act 2000".
