Article 273 Meaning of "securities": units of a collective investment scheme
In section 4(1) [The words being substituted were in turn substituted by the Financial Services Act 1986 (c. 60) Schedule 16, paragraph 5. ] of the Stock Transfer Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 (interpretation), in the definition of "securities", for "Financial Services Act 1986" substitute "Financial Services and Markets Act 2000".
