Article 260 Listed investments shown on balance sheet
In paragraph 28 of the Schedule to the Registered Housing Associations (Accounting Requirements) (Scotland) Order 1999, for the words from "granted a listing" to the end, substitute -
"granted a listing on -
(a) a recognised investment exchange other than an overseas investment exchange within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000; or
(b) any stock exchange of repute outside Great Britain.".
