In section 1(4) of the Stock Transfer Act 1963 (registered securities which may be transferred by simplified form) in paragraph (e) [The words being substituted were in turn substituted by the Financial Services Act 1986 (c. 60) Schedule 16, paragraph 4. ], for "the Financial Services Act 1986" substitute "Part 17 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000".
