Article 245 Prescribed "relevant institutions"
In regulation 2A of the Charities (Dormant Accounts) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 [Regulation 2A was inserted by the Charities (Dormant Accounts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997 (S.I. 1997/964 (S.86)).] for the words "(being institutions mentioned in Schedule 2 to the Banking Act 1987)" substitute "that is to say a company which was, immediately before the repeal of the Banking Act 1987, exempted from the prohibition in section 3 of that Act by virtue of section 4(1) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to, that Act".
