Article 65 Production of documents subject to customer confidentiality
(1) Article 445 of the 1986 Order (privileged information) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3) [Paragraph (3) was amended by the Companies (No.2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/1504 (NI 10)), and by S.I. 1994/1696, Schedule 8, paragraph 14(4).], for the words from "or the customer is a person on whom a requirement has been imposed under that Article," to the end of that paragraph, substitute "or the customer is -
(a) a person on whom a requirement has been imposed under that Article, or
(b) an authorised insurance company on whom a requirement to produce information or documents has been imposed by or on behalf of the Secretary of State under Part XI of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.".
