Article 55 Summary financial statements by listed public companies
In Article 259(1) of the 1986 Order (summary financial statements by listed public companies) [Article 259 was inserted by the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/593 (NI 5)), Articles 3(a), 17; paragraph (1) amended by S.R.(N.I.) 1993/220.], for the definition of "listed", and the word "and" preceding it, substitute -
""listed" means included in the official list by the competent authority for the purposes of Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (official listing); and
"the official list" has the meaning given in section 103(1) of that Act.".
