Article 15 Summary financial statements by listed public companies
In section 251(1) of the 1985 Act (summary financial statements by listed public companies) [Substituted for certain purposes by the Companies Act 1989 (c. 40) s.1-23; subsection (1) amended by S.I. 1992/3003, regulation 3.], for the definition of "listed", and the word "and" preceding it, substitute -
""listed" means included in the official list by the competent authority for the purposes of Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (official listing); and
"the official list" has the meaning given in section 103(1) of that Act.".
