Article 28 References to the Companies Acts in certain provisions to include references to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000
In section 735B of the 1985 Act (construction of certain references to the Companies Acts) [Inserted by the Companies Act 1989 (c. 40), section 127 and amended by the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (c. 40), Schedule 16, paragraph 10.] for "Parts IV and V of the Financial Services Act 1986" substitute "Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000".
