Article 142 Advisers for occupational pension schemes
(1) Section 47 of the Pensions Act 1995 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2) the words "(within the meaning of the Financial Services Act 1986)" are repealed.
(3) After that subsection insert -
"(2A) References in this section to investments must be read with -
(a) section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
(b) any relevant order under that section; and
(c) Schedule 2 to that Act.".
