Article 582 Revocation of references to former tribunals
In Schedule 1 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Functions Exercisable in or as Regards Scotland) Order 1999 -
(a) paragraphs 8 and 23 (which relate to the tribunal established under section 47 of the Building Societies Act 1986 [1986 c. 53. Section 47 is superseded by provisions inserted by S.I. 2001/2617 and the tribunal established under that section abolished.]), and
(b) paragraph 9 (which relates to the Financial Services Tribunal), are revoked.
