Article 335 Consultation on tribunal rules
Amendments (requiring commencement) by Sch. 23 Pt 1 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15), published 19 July 2007.
(1) Section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (consultation on tribunal rules) is amended as follows.
(2) Subsection (2) is repealed.
(3) For paragraphs (a) and (b) [Section 8(3) (b) was amended by S.I. 1993/3258, article 2(c); and S.I. 1999/678, article 2(1) and Schedule. ] of subsection (3) substitute "with respect to any tribunal specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1.".
