In Schedule C5 [Schedule C5 was revoked by virtue of S.I. 1997/1613, regulation 3(1), insofar as it applies to the "active" members of a scheme as defined in these Regulations and by Pensions Act 1995, section 124(1).] to the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 1995, in paragraph 1(6)(e) [Sub-paragraph (6)(e) was inserted into paragraph 1 by S.I. 1997/954, regulation 5.], after "section 62 of the Financial Services Act 1986" insert "or section 150 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as the case may be".
