The following provisions of the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 are repealed -
(a) Article 22; and
(b) in Part 2 of Schedule 1, the entries relating to -
(i) the Policyholders Protection Act 1975;
(ii) the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977; and
(iii) the Insurance Companies Act 1982.
