The following provisions of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 are repealed (having been re-enacted in the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Law Applicable to Contracts of Insurance) Regulations 2001 [S.I. 2001/2635.]) -
(a) section 101 (law applicable to contracts of insurance with friendly societies) [Section 101 was substituted by S.I. 1993/2519, regulation 6(1). ];
(b) Schedule 20 [Schedule 20 was added by S.I. 1993/2519, regulation 6(4).] (law applicable to certain contracts of insurance).
