Article 338 Removal of references to old tribunals
In Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (tribunals subject to the Council's supervision) the entries relating to the following matters are repealed -
- Banking;
- Building Societies; and
- Friendly Societies [The entry in Schedule 1 relating to Friendly Societies was inserted by S.I. 1993/3258, article 3.].
