Article 37 Share dealing by directors etc.: supplementary provision
(1) Paragraph 11 of Schedule 13 to the 1985 Act (share dealing by directors etc.: provision supplementary to sections 324 to 328) [Amended by the Financial Services Act 1986 (c. 60), Schedule 16, paragraph 25.] is amended as follows.
(2) The existing provision becomes sub-paragraph (1).
(3) In that sub-paragraph, in paragraph (a), the words "within the meaning of the Financial Services Act 1986" are repealed.
(4) After that sub-paragraph, insert -
"(2) "Unit trust scheme" and "authorised unit trust scheme" have the meaning given in section 237 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.".
