Article 180 Advertising dissolution of society
In section 58(6) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 [Amended by S.I. 2001/2617, Schedule 3, paragraph 215(i).] (instrument of dissolution) the words "at the expense of the society" are repealed.
