Article 275 Functions of administrative staff of certain tribunals subject to investigation by Commissioner
In Schedule 4 [Schedule 4 was inserted by the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1994 (c. 14) s. 1(3).] to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (relevant tribunals for the purposes of section 5(7)), before the entry relating to the Financial Services Tribunal [The entry relating to the Financial Services Tribunal was inserted by S.I. 1996/1914.] insert -
"Financial Services and Markets Tribunal constituted under section 132 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.".
