Article 63 Punishment for destruction etc. of company documents
(1) Article 443 of the 1986 Order (punishment for destroying, mutilating etc company documents) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) [Paragraph (1) was amended by the Companies (No.2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/1504 (NI 10)), Article 14(1) (2).] the words ", or of an insurance company to which Part II of the Insurance Companies Act 1982 applies," are repealed.
(3) After that paragraph insert -
"(1A) Paragraph (1) applies to an officer of an authorised insurance company which is not a body corporate as it applies to an officer of a company.".
