Article 272 Registered securities to which section 1 of the Act applies
In section 1(4) of the Stock Transfer Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 (registered securities which may be transferred by simplified form) in paragraph (e) [The words being substituted were in turn substituted by the Financial Services Act 1986 (c. 60) Schedule 16, paragraph 5. ], for "the Financial Services Act 1986" substitute "Part 17 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000".
