Article 458 Assets of Haiti: definition of "investments"
In paragraph (4) of article 9 of the Haiti (United Nations Sanctions) (Channel Islands) Order 1994 (assets of Haiti) [ Amended by S.I. 2000/1106], for sub-paragraph (b) substitute -
"(b) "investments" means any investment of a kind specified by any relevant order made under section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 which is not a security.".
