Article 156 Disclosure of information to Compensation Board
In Article 112(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (bodies which may disclose information to the Compensation Board) -
(a) sub-paragraphs (f) and (i) are repealed;
(b) after sub-paragraph (k), insert -
"(ka) the Financial Services Authority;
(kb) a body corporate established in accordance with section 212(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Services Compensation Scheme: the scheme manager);".
