Article 571 Assets of UNITA or persons connected with UNITA: definition of "investments"
In paragraph (4) of article 7 of the Angola (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1998 (assets of UNITA or persons connected with UNITA) [Amended by S.I. 2000/1106. ], for sub-paragraph (b) substitute -
"(b) "investment" means any investment of a kind specified by any relevant order made under section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 which is not a security;".
