In regulation F11 [Paragraph F11 was inserted by S.I. 1997/2852, regulation 3.] of the Police Pensions Regulations 1987 (mis-sold pensions) in paragraph (1)(b) after "section 62 of the Financial Services Act 1986" insert "or section 150 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000".
