Article 53 Limitations on exemptions for dormant companies
In paragraph (3) of Article 257AA of the 1986 Order (dormant companies) [Article 257AA was inserted by SR (N.I.) 2001/154.], for subparagraphs (a) and (b) substitute -
"(a) a person who has permission under Part 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to carry on one or more regulated activities;
(b) a person who carries on insurance market activity.".
