Article 572 Assets of UNITA or persons connected with UNITA: definition of "investments"
In paragraph (4) of article 8 of the Angola (United Nations Sanctions) (Channel Islands) Order 1998 (assets of UNITA or persons connected with UNITA) (a), for subparagraph (b) substitute -
"(b) "investment" means any investment of a kind specified by any relevant order made under section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 which is not a security;".
